Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered items.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns only if: The item arrived damaged or you received an incorrect product.

Conditions

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Photo or video proof may be required.

 Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products, final sale items, digital products or gift cards.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
